Immigration is a process where people belonging to one state
or country move to the other in order to find a permanent settlement. States in

acts framed by the government or the United States Congress for the benefits of
the states. The underlying acts often include the following:

reservation is set for the immigrants in the state, considering their abilities
as a major checkpoint.

can attempt to deny the immigration process of an individual.

border security and visa entry reform act: According
to this act, a stringent policy of entry and visa is established with an
improved border patrol. The aliens are required to carry standard and state
established IDs under the real ID act.
